Role Description
We are hiring a Business Development Associate to support employer outreach and partnership development for SenaSphere.
The role involves:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential employers
- Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach
- Conducting market research and maintaining lead pipelines
- Leveraging AI tools to improve outreach, prospecting, and workflow efficiency
- Building relationships with HR teams and decision-makers
- Supporting growth of SenaSphere’s hiring network
This is a hybrid role based in Bareilly with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, messaging, and productivity
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
- Prior experience in business development, recruitment, sales, or lead generation preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Interest in veteran employment and startup ecosystems is a plus
