Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate, based in Srinagar. The Business Development Associate will engage in market research, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include delivering presentations, identifying business opportunities, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to drive growth and meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and experience in delivering compelling Presentations
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with team members
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets consistently
- Familiarity with the EdTech or Digital Marketing industry is an advantage
