Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Gurugram. The Business Development Associate will engage with potential leads to assess their needs, pitch Scaler's programs, and convert prospects into participants. Core responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, delivering compelling presentations, and building relationships with clients to drive enrollment growth. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and learning experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver impactful Presentations
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
- Proficiency in conducting detailed Market Research and using data to formulate strategies
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the education or ed-tech industry is a plus
