About the role:-

Responsibilities:-
- Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
- Monitoring self performance while also contributing to the performance of the team.
- Performing in high pressure driven work environment.
- Recognizing opportunities to upsell based on the customer’s needs, preferences, and purchase history.
- Establishing a positive rapport with customers to enhance trust and credibility, making them more receptive to upselling suggestions.
Qualifications:-
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends, customer preferences, and product offerings is essential.
- Individuals should have the resilience to handle rejection professionally and the persistence to pursue upselling opportunities without being discouraged.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to navigate challenges confidently.
- Must have a stable job profile.
- Should know how to convince a customer to buy courses.
- Should be a good listener.
- Should have good reasoning as a salesperson. Prior experience in B2C sales is required.
