We’re looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Associate and help convert leads into delighted customers in the skincare space.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
💰 Salary: ₹10,000–₹20000/month + Incentives (Fresher)
🧑💼 Experience: 0–1 Year
🏢 Industry: Cosmetics / Skincare
Key Responsibilities- Connect with leads generated through performance marketing campaigns
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant skincare products
- Follow up on warm and cold leads to drive conversions
- Explain product benefits, usage, and ongoing offers clearly
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Handle objections and customer queries professionally
- Maintain daily call and conversion reports through CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for a smooth customer experience
What We’re Looking For✅ 0–1 year experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Support
✅ Freshers with strong sales aptitude can apply
✅ Strong communication in English & Hindi
✅ Target-driven and confident personality
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM tools / Google Sheets / Excel
