Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Mysore. The role involves researching potential business opportunities, generating new leads, and building client relationships. Responsibilities include crafting and delivering engaging presentations to stakeholders, conducting market research to identify industry trends, and contributing to business growth plans. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to strategize and execute growth initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities across target industries
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outreach channels
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the ADAS and mobility space
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead conversion and client engagement
Requirements:
• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Strategy preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or market research
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce), and outreach tools is an advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Engineering background is an added advantage (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
