Role Description
This is a high-activity, execution-focused role for someone early in their career who is comfortable with outreach and enjoys speaking with new people.
The role involves daily outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and convert it into qualified meetings.
You will also get direct exposure to how consulting sales works, including client conversations, opportunity qualification, and the positioning of business impact and ROI solutions.
This role rewards consistency and sustained effort, not quick wins.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Build and maintain a pipeline of target clients, including HR, L&D, Business Heads, and CXOs.
- Identify decision-makers and track conversations in a CRM or tracker.
- Execute outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Calling & Meeting Conversion
- Speak with leads to understand needs and qualify opportunities.
- Present offerings clearly, handle basic objections, and move prospects to scheduled meetings.
- Coordinate and confirm meetings with proper follow-ups
Follow-up & Relationship Management
- Maintain consistent follow-up to move prospects from first contact to meeting.
- Stay in touch with existing clients to explore repeat and cross-sell opportunities..
- Represent the brand professionally across all interactions.
Market Support
- Track relevant trends and identify new target segments.
- Support proposal preparation and sales materials when required.
Targets & Reporting
- Work towards monthly targets on meetings, pipeline creation, and revenue contribution.
- Maintain accurate records and share weekly progress updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Psychology, or related fields
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or similar roles
- Freshers with strong communication skills and high drive can apply
- Strong verbal and written English skills, Hindi or regional language is a plus
- Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive outreach
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

Compensation
- Work mode: Work from office, Malad, Mumbai
- Fixed salary: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month based on experience
- Incentives: Performance-based, linked to meetings, pipeline, and revenue
