About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (Inside Sales) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding client requirements, and converting them into successful business opportunities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities-
Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain strong follow-ups with interested prospects
Build and maintain client relationships
Update and manage data on CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
