Business Development Associate – Luxury Wedding Brand
Nariman Point, Mumbai (Full-time, In-house role)
Travel as required
Reels & Frames is looking for a Business Development Associate to drive client acquisition within the luxury wedding segment.
This role is best suited for someone who already understands the luxury wedding ecosystem—how clients think, how decisions are made and how premium services are positioned.
This is not a generic sales role. It requires taste, discretion and the ability to build trust with high-value clients and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Conversion
- Engage with high-value enquiries and convert them into aligned clients
- Position our work with clarity, confidence and sensitivity to client expectations
- Create tailored proposals that reflect both creative and commercial understanding
Industry Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier wedding planners, venues and luxury vendors
- Leverage existing networks to generate high-quality opportunities
Market Awareness
- Stay closely aligned with trends, preferences and shifts within the luxury wedding space
- Contribute to business growth through informed and strategic inputs
Client Experience
- Lead initial client interactions with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand’s premium positioning
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in luxury weddings / high-end events / premium lifestyle or hospitality brands
- Existing exposure to or network within the wedding planning or luxury vendor ecosystem
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle nuanced, high-value conversations
- A refined sense of brand, aesthetics and client expectation
- Comfort working with high-value clients and navigating premium conversations is essential
