Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bhilai. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients in the residential and commercial interiors market.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, and collaborating with the design and project teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
- Consulted with clients to understand their home interior needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, ensuring a personalized and tailored experience.
- Maintaining a sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, coordinating client meetings, site visits and taking measurement as per the enquiry, and supporting contract discussions to help close projects.
- Proactively reached out to potential customers via phone calls and other channels, effectively converting them into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Qualifications
- Strong presentation abilities, including creating and delivering professional presentations to clients.
- Proven experience in lead generation and business development activities, ideally in interiors, real estate, or related sectors.
- Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze customer and competitor trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clear, persuasive, and customer-centric interactions.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role in Bhilai, with a proactive and target-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of interior design, construction, or project management processes is an advantage.
- Ability to use productivity and CRM tools to track leads, meetings, and sales activity.
