Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Noida. The selected individual will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and preparing and delivering persuasive presentations to potential clients. The Business Development Associate will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication with clients to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities and trends
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster relationships and convey ideas effectively
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment with attention to detail and time management
- Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
