Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients including students, working professionals, and corporate partners, understand their learning needs, and convert leads into successful enrollments.
The role involves client communication, lead follow-ups,counseling prospects about our programs, and maintaining strong professional relationships. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in sales conversations, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective learners or clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Follow up on inbound leads and ensure high conversion rates.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information and follow-ups.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth lead management.
Provide clear and accurate information about courses, certifications, and benefits.
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat enrollments and referrals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in sales, business development, or telesales (EdTech preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude.
Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections professionally.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
