Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to join our team on-site in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to uncover new opportunities, and driving strategies for business expansion. The candidate will deliver compelling presentations, build relationships with potential clients, and communicate effectively to advance Protrainy's mission. Additionally, the Business Development Associate will coordinate with internal teams to align business activities and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills and delivering impactful Presentations
- Experience in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively engage clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a business development, sales, or client engagement role is a plus
