Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, creating and delivering engaging presentations, and managing client relationships. Additionally, the associate will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute strategies that contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills, including the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to uncover new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales or business development is an added advantage
