Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Associate. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to explore new opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and delivering presentations to promote company offerings. The role also involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills and delivering impactful Presentations
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and create business opportunities
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the E-learning or Civil Engineering domain is a plus
