💼 Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Associate to join our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.

• Reach out to potential clients and generate leads
• Understand client requirements and preferences
• Conduct research and market analysis to identify suitable options
• Recommend properties aligned with client needs
• Coordinate and accompany clients for site visits
• Engage and confidently handle HNI clients
• Drive negotiations and ensure successful deal closures
