Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will play a key role in identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and fostering strong client relationships. The role involves preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and working effectively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth objectives. The selected candidate will serve as a vital link between the company and potential clients, identifying opportunities and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and target potential business opportunities
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills and creating high-impact Presentations
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and negotiations
- Ability to negotiate and build rapport with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience or strong interest in the real estate industry is a plus
