Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to drive on-ground growth and partnerships. This is a field-intensive, target-driven role ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, closing deals, and building strong local networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard parking space owners (apartments, commercial buildings, shops, malls, hospitals, etc.)
- Generate B2B partnerships with businesses, institutions, and local networks
- Conduct field visits and present Parké solutions to decision-makers
- Drive app downloads and first-time usage through on-ground activations
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Coordinate with marketing team for local campaigns and promotions
- Gather market insights and track competitor activity
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or business development (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals
- Good understanding of local market and business ecosystem
- Comfortable with field work and daily travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startups, SaaS, or marketplace businesses
- Background in real estate, logistics, or local partnerships
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and CRM tools
