Role: Business Development Associate
Location: Kolkata (On-site)
Working Hours: Aligned with UK Business Hours
Reporting To: Founder / Growth Leadership
Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to support outbound growth initiatives, lead generation, outreach campaigns, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, commercially driven, and eager to build a career in business development and growth within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Coordination
• Conduct LinkedIn and outbound outreach to prospective clients and partners.
• Research companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain structured prospect pipelines.
• Coordinate follow-ups and meeting scheduling.
Business Research & Communication
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Support outreach strategy and messaging development.
• Maintain organized outreach trackers and reporting.
• Assist with proposals and business communication.
Growth Operations
• Use AI tools and productivity platforms to improve outreach efficiency.
• Support execution of growth and client acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate with leadership on commercial priorities and execution tracking.

Eligibility Criteria
• 3–6 months of internship or full-time experience.
• Graduated from IITs, Top Global Universities, or candidates with Top-Tier Consultancy background only.

• Exposure to LinkedIn outreach or sales prospecting.
• Familiarity with CRM or outreach tools.
• Experience using AI tools for research and communication.
• Startup or growth-related internship experience.
