We are looking for high-intent Business Development Associates to join our team in Gurugram.
The primary focus of this role is to engage with potential learners, understand their requirements, and drive program enrollments through strong relationship-building and sales conversations.
This role is ideal for energetic, smart freshers and early-career professionals who are eager to learn and thrive in a structured, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective leads through calls and interactions to understand their learning goals.
- Recommend the right academic or learning programs based on candidate requirements.
- Guide students and professionals through the end-to-end enrollment and admission process.
- Explain program features, curriculum details, and career outcomes clearly to build trust and rapport.
- Actively follow up with inquiries to maximize conversions and achieve enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every enrolled student.
Requirements
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude are highly encouraged to apply; up to 1–2 years of experience or internships in EdTech/B2C sales is a major advantage.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with confidence in handling target-driven tasks.
- Educational Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
- Tech Background: B.Tech / M.Tech
- Non-Tech Background: B.Com / BBA / MBA (Marketing & Sales)
