Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Pune. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, preparing presentations, and presenting findings to clients or internal stakeholders. The role will require building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and experience with creating and delivering impactful Presentations
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
