Role Description
A Business Development Associate is responsible for driving company growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline. They act as a bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring prospects are nurtured into potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and qualify prospects for the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
- Support sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and concerns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Engineering graduates or pursuing are eligible
- MBA or specialized certifications in sales/marketing can be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using excel/google sheets
- Internship or entry-level experience in business development or corporate outreach is an added advantage
