Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Salem for a Business Development Associate at Nova.ev. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities through lead generation and market research while maintaining strong communication and relationships with potential partners and clients. Your responsibilities will include delivering compelling presentations, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives. This role involves engaging with stakeholders to accelerate the expansion of Nova.ev's EV infrastructure and franchise network.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Partner Acquisition
Duties
- Identify and approach potential business partners for EV charging station development
- Build relationships with:
- Investors
- Entrepreneurs
- Commercial property owners
- Fuel station owners
- Hotels & restaurants
- Fleet operators
- Retail business owners
- Present NOVAEV’s business opportunity and partnership model
- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects

2. Investor & Entrepreneur EngagementDuties
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential investors and partners
- Explain:

- Address partner queries and concerns professionally

3. Network Expansion & Market DevelopmentDuties
