About the role:
- Handle field sales in assigned territory
- Acquire new clients / societies
- Drive revenue growth
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead to closure)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Acquire new societies and clients
- Conduct field visits and product demos
- Identify new business opportunities
Lead Conversion
- Convert leads from lead gen team
- Manage full sales cycle (pitch to closure)
- Ensure strong follow-ups
Relationship Management
- Build relationships with RWAs, builders, committees
- Maintain customer satisfaction & retention
Execution & Reporting
- Track daily sales activities and targets
- Update CRM and share reports
Requirements:
- 0.6 – 3 years in field sales / B2B / B2C / real estate / SaaS
- Good communication (English + regional language)
- Target-driven with proven sales performance
- Experience in direct/society/BTL sales is a plus
- Comfortable with field work
