Roles and Responsibilities :
- Acquire and onboard property owners (sellers) onto the NoBroker platform.
- Contact potential sellers through outbound calls and lead follow-ups.
- Explain NoBroker's products and subscription plans to property owners.
- Verify property details and ensure accurate listing information.
- Convince sellers to purchase premium services and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Follow up regularly to increase listing activation and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Resolve seller queries and provide timely support.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while adhering to company processes and quality standards.
