Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Jaipur. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, delivering compelling presentations, and supporting efforts to build and maintain client relationships. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals and to drive business growth effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Presentation and Presentations skills to effectively deliver impactful pitches to clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and business automation tools is advantageous.
