We’re Hiring | Business Development Associate (BDA)
Work Mode: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
Role Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls & WhatsApp leads
• Explain Niyantran’s services to students and parents
• Schedule counselling/demo sessions and convert leads into sales
• Maintain CRM reports and regular follow-ups
• Build long-term client relationships
• Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
Eligibility Criteria:
• Final-year students and graduates can apply
• BBA / BCA / MBA / MCA / BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / Any Graduate
• Strong Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Confident, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
Compensation:
• Fixed CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹1.5 LPA
• Total Potential Earnings: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
