Role: Business Development Associate (BDA) as traineeDuring the training period, your responsibilities will include:
- Calling parents using company-provided leads
- Understanding parent concerns and counseling them professionally
- Booking meetings for Niyantran’s services
- Converting meetings into service enrollments
- Maintaining daily call reports, follow-ups, and reporting discipline.
Sales Grooming & Development Program (SGDP)The Sales Grooming & Development Program (SGDP) is a structured knowledge transfer and evaluation phase designed to prepare candidates for the Business Development role.Duration: 5 DaysDuring SGDPCandidates will receive training on:• NIYANTRAN’s sales structure• Counseling flow and objection handling techniques• Customer psychology and communication approach• Exposure to real-world customer scenarios• Continuous performance evaluation and mock practice
Important Note✔ This phase is strictly an evaluation program✔ Only candidates meeting company performance standards will proceed to OJT✔ No remuneration will be provided during the 5-day SGDP
2. On-the-Job Training (OJT)Candidates who successfully complete SGDP will move to the On-the-Job Training (OJT) phase.Duration: 3 Weeks (Remote)During OJT• Handling live leads• Working under Team Lead supervision• Participating in live counseling calls• Performance tracking through demos, revenue, quality audits, and discipline
OJT Allowance StructureDuring OJT, candidates will receive a performance-based weekly allowance.
Allowance: INR 1,250 per week incase OJT not clear(Provided only upon successful completion of each respective week)
Post OJT Role ConfirmationAfter successful completion of the 3-week OJT, candidates will be offered the position of:Probationary Business Development Associate (BDA)Probation Salary Structure
Month 1: INR 11,000
Month 2: (Fresher/Experience 18,000 to 24,000)
Month 3: (Fresher/Experience 18,000 to 24,000)
Post Confirmation CompensationUpon successful completion of the probation period:Annual Package:Fresher ₹2,00,000 to 2,70,000 Fixed + ₹50,000** Variable or experience 3 LPA +1 LPA ** Variable
Performance BonusAn additional Performance Incentive of ₹5,000 will be offered if the following criteria are achieved within the 3-week OJT period:✔ ₹25,000 Revenue Generated✔ 45 Valid conducting meetings Completed
