Role Description
The Business Development Associate will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, generating leads, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, offering flexibility with some work-from-home opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and experience in creating and delivering impactful presentations
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into business strategies
- Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
