Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying and nurturing leads, conducting market research to explore business opportunities, creating and delivering presentations, and maintaining strong communication with clients and team members. The Associate will work closely with the team to drive business growth and foster long-term client relationships. This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility to the founder.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research techniques
- Organized and process-driven; can maintain a CRM and follow up without reminders
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with minimal hand-holding
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Strong skills in Presentation Creation and Delivery
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Relevant experience in business development or sales, particularly in the design or creative services industry, is a plus
