Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Business Development Associate at MIV Treasury. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting market research, building relationships with corporate treasuries, and promoting tailored financial solutions. The Associate will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensure client satisfaction, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to strategic business growth initiatives. The candidate will also participate in reporting and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Sales and business development experience, particularly in financial services or investment products
- Market research and analytical skills to identify client needs and industry trends
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
