Role Description The Business Development Associate role at MANNA TECHNO GROUP is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the associate identifies and qualifies new business opportunities through targeted lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings. The position involves conducting market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings, and using these insights to propose suitable recruitment, training, and app development services. The associate prepares and delivers persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients, collaborating with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements. Daily activities also include maintaining an organized sales pipeline, updating CRM records, and supporting account management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation capabilities, including effective Presentation Skills and the ability to develop and deliver engaging Presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in Lead Generation, from prospect identification to qualification and nurturing, preferably in staffing, training, or IT services.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze industries, target accounts, and competitors, and to translate findings into actionable business development strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and present value propositions clearly and professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or business development.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), and basic online research platforms.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in recruitment services, training solutions, or IT/technology services business development is an advantage.
