Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying and acquiring potential business partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth for merchants using the magicpin platform. The associate will conduct market research to discover new business opportunities, pitch solutions, and collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Market Research and Business Strategy Development expertise
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in B2B sales, retail, or marketing is a plus
