Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Sector 3. The role involves identifying and connecting with prospective clients, actively identifying growth opportunities, and representing LearningShala in outreach efforts. The Business Development Associate will work closely with the counseling team to develop and implement strategies that expand LearningShala's network, streamline partner acquisition, and enhance client experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities
- Knowledge or interest in the education industry and career counseling services
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other business development tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactiveness and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in business development or client relationship roles is a plus
