Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team in a full-time, on-site role at our Noida office. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, conducting market research, delivering professional presentations to prospective clients, and nurturing customer relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and counseling teams to ensure alignment in achieving overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver impactful Presentations
- Proficiency in identifying opportunities and executing effective Lead Generation strategies
- Experience in conducting Market Research and analyzing trends
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Proven ability to work in a team as well as independently to achieve goals
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage and track client interactions is a plus
