Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Noida. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, delivering compelling presentations, and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to potential clients, and collaborating with teams to achieve business goals. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to meeting organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver impactful and persuasive presentations
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Prior experience in business development or sales is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the education or edtech industry is a plus
