Keshava Elite Projects (KEP Labs)
At KEP Labs, we are building next-generation platforms in robotics, simulation, and engineering education, including our flagship product.
We are looking for driven Business Development professionals who can take our products to colleges, institutions, and industry partners.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving growth, partnerships, and revenue by promoting our:
- Robotics & Simulation Platforms
- Virtual Engineering Simulator
- Desi Tools Product
- Internship & Training Programs
- EdTech & Engineering Solutions
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to colleges, institutions, and training centers
• Present and pitch KEP products to decision-makers (HODs, TPOs, management)
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Convert leads into long-term partnerships
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead → demo → closure)
• Work closely with product and technical teams
Required Skills
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Confidence in speaking with academic institutions and clients
• Basic understanding of technology/engineering domains
• Ability to handle sales targets and conversions
• Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
Who Can Apply

Internship / Job Structure
• Initial 3 months: Performance-based Stipend (based on profile)
