Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Associate based in Noida, with partial remote work flexibility. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to explore business opportunities, delivering impactful presentations to potential clients, and fostering strong client relationships. You will work closely with the business development and sales teams, contributing to strategic initiatives and meeting organizational growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and ability to create and deliver compelling Presentations
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to build relationships and represent the organization effectively
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in business development or a sales-related role is a plus
