We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing Recruitment & Placement Services vertical.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate recruitment and staffing requirements from companies
• Connect with HRs, startups, and corporate clients
• Pitch recruitment and hiring solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive business growth through corporate outreach and lead conversion
💼 Requirements:
✔ Prior experience in Sales / Business Development
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Experience in recruitment/staffing industry will be an added advantage
✔ Target-oriented and confident personality
📍 Location: Vikas Nagar, Lucknow
