What will you be doing?
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target industries
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM
- Execute outbound prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and cold outreach
- Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our Data & AI solutions
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Conduct discovery calls and solution demos with prospective clients
- Understand client pain points and map them to Jash's service offerings
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel in close coordination with technical and marketing teams
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and relationship touchpoints to move deals forward
Revenue & Growth Initiatives
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base
- Support participation in industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with business development targets
- Track, report, and optimize key BD metrics, such as meetings booked, pipeline value, and conversion rates
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in the Data & AI space
- Provide actionable feedback from market interactions to shape product and service positioning
What we need from you: Required Skills
- 2 years of hands-on experience with BD/sales tools, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools (Apollo)
- Strong proficiency in building and delivering presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to run outreach campaigns and manage a prospect database independently
- Experience in preparing capability documents, and client-facing collateral
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to B2B sales in technology, SaaS, data services, or IT consulting
- Familiarity with AI/Data Science concepts is enough to speak credibly with technical buyers
- Prior experience contributing to revenue growth in an SME or startup setting
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
Qualifications
- Up to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with BD/sales tools accumulated through full-time work, internships, freelance, or academic projects
- A genuine hunger to grow with a company and take ownership of business outcomes
