Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Business Development Associate. The role entails identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales and outreach materials, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management and collaboration
- Proficiency in business development strategies, lead generation, and sales processes
- Analytical skills to perform market research, track industry trends, and identify opportunities
- Effective organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the education or edtech industry is a plus
