Role Description
The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role located at our office in Pune Division. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to support the growth of our educational offerings. The role also involves market research, implementing sales strategies, and achieving targets to contribute to the company’s mission of upskilling the population.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
- Ability to conduct Market Research and create Effective Sales Strategies
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with the EdTech industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
