Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Sandeshkhali-II. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to explore business opportunities, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, and building relationships with potential clients. The Business Development Associate will also support team efforts to drive growth and achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and assess business opportunities
- Strong Presentation and Communication skills to deliver compelling pitches to potential clients
- Experience in preparing impactful presentations with attention to detail
- Ability to foster effective relationships and collaborate within a team
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a results-driven approach to achieving goals
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
