Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, delivering compelling presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth. The associate will play a critical part in meeting organizational goals and expanding the reach of our services and offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver engaging Presentations
- Experience in Lead Generation and expertise in conducting comprehensive Market Research
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the edtech or education industry is a plu
