Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Pune Division. The Business Development Associate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating and nurturing leads, and delivering engaging presentations to potential clients. The role will involve working closely with the sales and marketing teams to support strategic initiatives and ensure effective communication with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver professional and impactful Presentations
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and evaluate business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect with clients and team members
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the education and training industry is an advantage
