Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can drive sponsorship sales and brand partnerships for our events. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, building strong corporate relationships, pitching sponsorship opportunities, and closing deals to generate revenue for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and approach potential sponsors, brands, and corporate partners for events.
· Develop sponsorship proposals, presentations, and customized partnership packages.
· Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, references, and industry contacts.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and decision-makers.
· Negotiate sponsorship commercials and close partnership deals.
· Coordinate with internal teams for sponsor deliverables, branding, and event execution.
· Maintain sponsorship pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting.
· Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to generate business opportunities.
· Ensure achievement of revenue targets and sponsorship goals

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sponsorship Sales, Brand Partnerships, Event Sales, or Corporate Alliances.
- Proven track record of acquiring sponsorships, closing brand partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in handling corporate clients and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets is preferred.
- Candidates from event management, media, luxury, hospitality, exhibitions, or advertising industries will be preferred.
