Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, based in Gurugram. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for initiating and managing lead generation activities, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and delivering impactful presentations to potential clients. The role also involves fostering strong client relationships, maintaining effective communication, and contributing to the overall business growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills with experience in creating and delivering impactful presentations
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities
- Excellent Communication Skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Results-driven approach with problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Any prior experience in business development, sales, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with EdTech or a passion for education is desirable but not mandatory
