- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month + up to ₹10,00,00 in incentives (variable)

Role Overview
As a Senior Business Development Associate (BDA), you’ll drive sales growth, convert high-quality leads, and ensure exceptional learner engagement and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Engagement & Conversion: Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into customers.
- Sales & Negotiation: Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and close deals effectively.
- Post-Sales Support: Ensure a seamless onboarding and learning experience for customers.
Whom We’re Looking For
- Excellent Communicator: Strong English and interpersonal skills.
- Sales & Negotiation Expert: Ability to persuade, handle objections, and close deals.
- Passionate About Growth: Prior sales or business development experience preferred.
- Target-Driven: Results-oriented with the drive to achieve and exceed goals.
