β Individual contributor role with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
β Make 80β120 outbound calls daily and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
β Understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning solutions
β Create value and urgency for prospects through consultative selling
β Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively
β Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets (βΉ6β10 Lakhs)
β Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
β Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
β Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a results-driven mindset
