Growzo is a growth partner for restaurants and cloud kitchens helping them increase their
online food delivery sales across platforms like Zomato and Swiggy. We work with restaurants to
improve their visibility, sales, profitability and payout.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive who will be
responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners and building strong relationships with existing
clients. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, pitching Growzo’s services, and
helping restaurants scale their online delivery business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to restaurants, cloud kitchens, and food brands for partnership opportunities.
- Pitch Growzo’s services related to menu engineering, pricing strategy, and online sales growth.
- Conduct meetings and product demos with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Track sales performance and maintain records in CRM or sales tools.
- Stay updated on trends in the food delivery ecosystem, especially on platforms like Zomato and Swiggy.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or restaurant partnerships.
- Experience in the food delivery, restaurant tech, or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
- Self-driven and comfortable working with targets.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations or food delivery platforms is preferred.
